When you submit our consultation form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, country, the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it. Solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you engage us for, and maintain the records that tax and corporate work legally requires. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers. Form submissions are relayed by Web3Forms; if you contact us on WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp's own terms; and when analytics are active, we use Google Analytics with standard, non-identifying usage data. Each provider processes only what is needed to perform its function.
Retention and your rights. Engagement records are kept for as long as professional and legal record-keeping requires; general inquiries are kept only as long as useful for responding to you. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@skfinancial.us, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
